Beer Purchases
All beer purchases made through our online store are non-refundable. Once your package has been delivered, we will not issue refunds for beer unless it is damaged in transit or the wrong product was shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at onlinestore@sawdustcitybeer.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the issue, your order number, and a brief description. We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Merchandise Returns
We do not offer product or size exchanges at this time. However, merchandise can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at onlinestore@sawdustcitybeer.com with your order details. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in original condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in the condition it was sent or does not match the original order.
